Lot of people have had ops for one reason or another, I've had it after I got in a car crash and smashed up my nose. They made my nose better than it was before, not the same. So why not improve something else huh? What you think about it.

Every one I've met in person has had breast implants. That means their tits look FANTASTIC clothed, and mostly ok naked, but feel -- funny. it's not BAD as such, just funny.

If the goal is to have a trophy wife who looks good at coctails at the club then by all means go with the biggest implants she can handle (at least 50cc in each side more than the Doc recommends).
